About Us

Ohio Brewing Company is an award-winning microbrewery located in downtown Akron in the historic Selle building. Our brewery produces a wide array of styles, form German ales to Irish Red ales to Stouts and even Oktoberfest lagers.

The original Ohio Brewing Company was founded in 1997 in Niles, Ohio by current owner Chris Verich. Our current operation is a new venture by Chris in Akron, Ohio to produce these award-winning beers in a craft production brewery setting.
